Directions: Shake well before use.  Apply a generous amount of oil directly to the scalp and massage in.  Use oil 4-5 times per week(or as needed) for best results.  For hot oil treatments, warm the oil and apply directly to the scalp and throughout the hair. Leave in for 15-30 minutes then shampoo.  Repeat treatment daily or just before a wash day.  For external use only.
