Directions:Shake well before use.  Apply a generous amount of oil directly to the scalp and massage in.  Use oil 4-5 times per week (or as needed) for best results.  For hot oil treatments, warm the oil and apply directly to the scalp and throughout the hair.  Leave in 15 mins then shampoo.
